The equipment adopts a heavy-duty crawler chassis to adapt to complex terrain and high humidity environments. It is equipped with a high-speed rotating knife roller and an adjustable turning arm, and the maximum turning depth can reach 2.5 meters. By precisely controlling the turning speed and height, the pile can be evenly broken and loosened, effectively improving the oxygen permeability and accelerating the aerobic fermentation process.
It can quickly cover the film and accurately roll it up. The integrated electric film rolling device can automatically lay a breathable and rainproof film after the turning operation, reducing the time for manual covering; after the fermentation is completed, the equipment can run in reverse to simultaneously complete the recovery and storage of the old film to avoid film pollution.
