The core advantage of this equipment lies in its “customization and wide adaptability”: It supports fermentation tank widths ranging from 1.5 to 6 meters, precisely matching the needs of existing fermentation sites or new projects. This eliminates the need for additional site modifications to accommodate the equipment, significantly reducing initial investment costs. With a turning depth of 0.8-1.8 meters and equipped with high-strength hydraulically driven turning tine groups, each unit can process 100-500 tons of compost per hour, with a maximum daily capacity of 12,000 tons. It efficiently processes a variety of organic materials, including livestock and poultry manure, straw, and kitchen waste. The rotating turning tine agitation integrates “oxygen supply, crushing, and temperature control” for the raw materials, maintaining a stable fermentation temperature of 55-65°C. This shortens the composting cycle from 30 days in traditional composting to 12-18 days, eliminates over 98% of pathogens, and effectively prevents localized anaerobic decay within the compost pile.

The equipment is optimized specifically for different scenarios. For organic fertilizer plants focused on continuous production, the equipment supports multi-tank coordinated operation and uses rail-based movement to achieve cross-tank turning, improving overall production efficiency. For farms, user-friendliness is emphasized, with a bilingual Chinese and English touch panel allowing preset turning frequency and time parameters, enabling workers to master the technology after just two hours of training. For municipal projects, environmental compliance is emphasized, with an optional exhaust gas collection and deodorization system offering a deodorization rate exceeding 90%, complying with the EU EN 16924 organic fermentation standard and suitable for regions with stringent environmental requirements. Material-contacting components utilize a combination of high-manganese steel and 304 stainless steel, offering resistance to humic acid corrosion and wear. With a service life exceeding 8,000 hours, the equipment operates stably in the high temperatures and humidity of Southeast Asia and the dry and dusty environments of the Middle East.

The equipment features a modular design, allowing for easy operation and maintenance. Key components such as the turning gears and hydraulic pump can be individually removed and replaced. Daily maintenance requires only regular checks of the hydraulic oil level and cleaning of debris from the gears. Remote monitoring of fermentation status allows for real-time adjustment of turning parameters, minimizing manual intervention. Installation and commissioning are quick, with customized equipment ready for operation within 5-7 days of delivery.

Currently, our equipment has helped an Indian organic fertilizer plant customize a 3-meter-wide fermentation tank turning machine, capable of processing 300 tons of cow manure daily. A German municipal project, using a 2.5-meter-wide custom model, has increased food waste resource utilization to 95%. A Brazilian farm has reduced the straw fermentation cycle by 40% using a 1.8-meter-wide machine.
