Central Asian Customers Inspect Organic Fertilizer Fermentation Tanks
News August 18, 2025
Yesterday, a delegation of agricultural companies from Central Asia visited our factory for an on-site inspection of our organic fertilizer fermentation tank production line. This inspection not only served as an in-depth test of equipment performance, but also marked a new level of recognition for Chinese fertilizer equipment in the Central Asian market.
The three-member delegation focused on the resource utilization needs of livestock and poultry manure, specifically examining the core performance of our 50m³ and 100m³ fermentation tanks. During the on-site demonstration, the equipment demonstrated three key advantages: Utilizing high-temperature aerobic fermentation technology, the material temperature can be raised to 60-70°C within 36 hours, continuously killing insect eggs and pathogens, and shortening the composting cycle by 60% compared to traditional composting. An intelligent temperature control system adjusts the oxygen level and stirring frequency in real time to ensure a uniform composting rate of over 95% and a stable discharge moisture content below 30%. The fully enclosed design, combined with a deodorization device, eliminates the odor problem associated with traditional composting, ensuring that exhaust emissions meet EU standards.
Given the dry, low-rainfall nature of Central Asia, where the primary raw material is cattle and sheep manure, the technical team detailed customized equipment modifications: the tank was thickened to 8mm to accommodate diurnal temperature fluctuations, a crushing device was added to the feed system to process coarse-fiber manure, and a rapid conveyor mechanism was installed at the discharge port to accommodate local forklift operations. After on-site calculations, the customer confirmed that a single tank could process up to 8 tons of manure per day, fully meeting the waste disposal needs of their large-scale ranch.
At the conclusion of the inspection, the customer and us signed a letter of intent for equipment purchase and plan to use this fermentation system as a demonstration project for a local agricultural circular economy. This exchange not only deepened our collaborative consensus but also confirmed the core value of Chinese organic fertilizer equipment in adapting to Central Asia’s agricultural ecology and contributing to green development. Going forward, we will continue to optimize the regional adaptability of our equipment, allowing more countries to share our efficient and environmentally friendly fertilizer production solutions.
