Powerful turning improves fermentation efficiency. Equipped with a high-power hydraulic drive device, driving a double propeller blade structure, it can turn over a cow manure pile of 4-6 meters wide and 1.5-2.5 meters high at a time. The paddle blades are designed with a special angle to break up the agglomerated cow dung when turning it, and at the same time turn the materials inside the pile to the surface, allowing the surface materials to sink into the interior, so that the materials can fully contact the air. Compared with manual turning, the turning efficiency is increased by 80%, which can keep the oxygen content of the cow dung pile in the appropriate range of 10%-15%, promote microbial activity, and shorten the composting cycle from the original 20-30 days to 10-15 days. ​

Intelligent adjustment to ensure fermentation quality. Equipped with an intelligent sensor system, the temperature of the cow dung pile can be monitored in real time. When the temperature exceeds 65℃, the equipment automatically increases the turning frequency to avoid high temperature killing beneficial microorganisms; when the temperature is below 50℃, the turning frequency is appropriately reduced to save energy. The operator can set the turning parameters through the control panel, support timed operations, reduce manual duty, and reduce management costs. ​

The core components are made of wear-resistant alloy material, and the blades can withstand the friction and impact of cow dung, with a service life of more than 6,000 hours; the tracks are made of anti-corrosion rubber material to adapt to the high humidity environment of cow dung.
