Sheep manure is a high-quality raw material for producing organic fertiliser due to its high organic matter content and rich fibre, but traditional composting is prone to bad odour and long maturation period. The equipment adopts horizontal closed tank design, which can process 2-20 tonnes of sheep manure in one time, suitable for different scale of farming. The tank has a built-in screw mixing device and aeration system, and the speed of the mixing shaft can be adjusted between 5-15r/min to ensure full contact between the sheep manure and the microbial agent. The fermentation temperature is stabilised at 55-65℃ by the intelligent temperature control system, which can not only kill insect eggs and germs (sterilisation rate of 99.9%), but also maintain the microbial activity, so that the sheep manure can be finished maturing within 5-7 days, which is 70% shorter than the traditional composting cycle.

Intelligent operation significantly reduces management costs. The touch screen control panel can preset the fermentation parameters, built-in 20+ kinds of special fermentation programmes for sheep manure, and automatically complete the stirring, aeration, temperature control and other operations after one key start. When the oxygen concentration in the tank is lower than 8%, the system automatically increases the aeration frequency; when the humidity is higher than 65%, it will start the heating and dehumidifying function, no need to be manually guarded. The equipment can also automatically record fermentation data and generate reports for easy traceability to meet the compliance requirements for export products.

Totally enclosed tank with biological deodorisation module controls ammonia emission concentration below 10ppm, completely solving the odour problem of traditional composting; biogas produced by fermentation can be recovered through the collection device and used as fuel to heat the tank, reducing energy consumption by 30%.
