Malaysian Customers Purchase Crawler Cow Dung Compost Turner On Site

Recently, representatives of well-known Malaysian breeding companies visited our factory for inspection. After field testing and technical exchanges, they successfully signed a purchase agreement for crawler cow dung compost turner. This equipment will be used for the manure treatment project of its 10,000-head dairy farm. ​

The cow dung crawler compost turner sold this time is an upgraded version customized for the characteristics of farms in tropical areas. During the customer’s on-site test, the equipment remained stable in the land field. The propeller blade structure turned over the cow dung pile of more than 3 meters wide and 2 meters high at a time, and turned over 300 cubic meters of materials that originally needed to be turned manually evenly within 2 hours, which was 3 times more efficient than local traditional equipment. ​

Customers pay special attention to fermentation efficiency and environmental performance. Test data shows that the equipment shortens the cow dung composting cycle from 25 days to 12 days through regular turning, and can kill 99.9% of E. coli and parasite eggs, which fully meets the environmental protection standards of the Malaysian agricultural department. The biological deodorization module equipped with the equipment controls the ammonia concentration below 15ppm, solving the odor problem of the farm that customers are most worried about. ​

“We inspected the equipment of 3 manufacturers, and the crawler adaptability, turning efficiency and intelligent control of this fertilizer turner best meet the needs.” The customer representative said at the time of signing the contract that after the equipment is put into use, the farm can process up to 12,000 tons of cow dung per year, and the organic fertilizer produced will be used in the surrounding oil palm plantations, forming a “breeding-dung-planting” cycle model. ​
