The equipment features a track-mounted design that reciprocates along the composting trough (2-6 meters wide and 1-2.5 meters deep). Equipped with 6-12 high-strength alloy blades, it can penetrate 1-2 meters into the material layer, achieving an integrated “turning, crushing, and oxygenation” operation. During operation, the blade assembly rotates at 180-300 rpm, turning and loosening raw materials such as livestock and poultry manure, straw, and kitchen waste. Air is simultaneously injected into the material, maintaining a stable fermentation temperature of 55-65°C, accelerating the decomposition of organic matter and shortening the composting cycle by 40% compared to traditional composting. A single tank can process 50-500 tons of compost per day, easily meeting the large-scale production needs of small and medium-sized workshops to large factories.

The equipment has been specifically optimized to address the production challenges of customers in different regions. Material-contacting components are constructed of 304 stainless steel or wear-resistant manganese steel, resistant to humic acid corrosion. It operates stably in the humid environments of Southeast Asia and the high temperatures of the Middle East, with a service life exceeding 8 years. Equipped with a bilingual Chinese and English intelligent control system, it allows for preset fermentation parameters (such as turning frequency and temperature thresholds), monitors material temperature and humidity in real time, and automatically issues alarms when temperatures exceed these limits, reducing manual intervention. It supports multi-tank coordinated operation, controlled by a PLC system, significantly improving space utilization in the fermentation workshop. Environmental and safety features meet international standards: Ammonia and odor generated during the turning process are collected and treated by an accompanying deodorization system, complying with EU EN 16924 and US EPA environmental requirements for organic fermentation. The equipment features an overload protection device that automatically shuts down upon encountering hard objects such as metal impurities, preventing damage to the blade assembly. The fermentation tank can be covered with a sealed cover to reduce rainwater erosion and dust dispersion, making it suitable for rainy regions in Europe and America.

Currently, this equipment has helped an organic fertilizer plant in India increase its daily production capacity from 30 tons to 150 tons, and its products have received EU organic certification.
