This rapidly kills pathogens and insect eggs in the manure (kill rate ≥ 98%) while simultaneously decomposing malodorous substances (deodorization rate exceeding 90%). This shortens the traditional composting cycle from 30-40 days to 7-10 days. A single tank can process 8-40 tons of chicken manure. After fermentation, the moisture content of the finished organic fertilizer is reduced to 15%-20%, meeting international standards for moisture content in organic fertilizers.
The equipment is fully optimized for diverse global usage scenarios. The tank is constructed of 304 stainless steel or wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant carbon steel to resist corrosion from humic acid and salt in chicken manure, preventing metal contamination. It complies with EU EC 1935/2004 and US FDA environmental standards, ensuring the quality of the organic fertilizer. It is equipped with an intelligent temperature control and humidity monitoring system that automatically adjusts aeration volume and agitation frequency, preventing incomplete fermentation or over-composting even when processing high-moisture chicken manure (initial moisture content 60%-70%). An exhaust gas treatment device installed on the tank roof collects ammonia and odor generated during the fermentation process and purifies them before discharge, making it suitable for use in regions with strict environmental requirements, such as Europe and America.
Easy to operate and maintain, the system features a bilingual Chinese and English touch panel. Five or more parameters can be preset, including “chicken manure fermentation alone” and “chicken manure + straw mixed fermentation.” Fermentation status can be remotely monitored, and workers can begin using the system after just two hours of training. Daily maintenance requires only regular cleaning of the agitator blades and checking the patency of the aeration pipes. Key components, such as the motor and sensors, are from internationally renowned brands. They operate stably in the high temperatures and humidity of Southeast Asia and the dry and dusty conditions of the Middle East, with a service life exceeding 10 years. The system supports modular integration and can be integrated with subsequent granulation and packaging processes, forming a complete “chicken manure processing – organic fertilizer production” production line.
