The treatment of cow dung in large-scale cattle farms has always been an environmental problem and a pain point in resource utilization that has plagued the industry. The intelligent control system is the core advantage of the fermentation tank. Equipped with temperature, humidity and oxygen concentration sensors, the tank environment is monitored in real time, and the stirring frequency, aeration intensity and water replenishment are automatically adjusted through the PLC system. When the temperature is lower than 50℃, the heating device is automatically started; when oxygen is insufficient, the aeration frequency is increased to ensure that the microbial activity is always in the best state. The operator can complete the parameter setting through the touch screen, support remote monitoring, and accurately control the fermentation progress even in cross-regional management.
Outstanding environmental protection and energy-saving performance. The fully enclosed structure is combined with the biological deodorization module, and the ammonia removal rate reaches more than 90%, which completely solves the odor pollution problem of traditional composting; the tank body adopts a double-layer insulation design to reduce heat energy loss, and the energy consumption is reduced by 40% compared with open fermentation. The biogas generated during the fermentation process can be recycled and used as energy to heat the tank body, further reducing operating costs and realizing a circular economy.
After a 10,000-head beef cattle farm in Inner Mongolia introduced the equipment, it processes 30 tons of cow dung every day and produces 8,000 tons of organic fertilizer raw materials annually.
